Yoga with Anne

Anne Nadler Grosser, LICSW, has been teaching yoga since 1980. She has studied yoga and meditation with teachers of many traditions, lately with Erich Schiffman. Anne completed advanced training in the chakra system and also studied cross-cultural healing practices with Angelos Arrien. She has a private practice in psychotherapy and yoga in Lenox, MA, and leads several classes at the Yoga Center for the Healing Arts, held at the Unitarian Church of Pittsfield.
